摘要
在鞣制和染色中应用稀土,可节约红矾40%左右,节约染料15~50%,废液中Cr_2O_3含量由纯铬鞣的3~8g/l降为0.5g/l左右,废染液中的色度降低94%,得革率提高3%以上,而且成品革的粒面比纯铬鞣的更细致平整,柔软丰满性更好,色泽更均匀,颜色更鲜艳,绒面绒毛更细致均匀。
Abstract The applied research about rare earth salt in tanning and dyeing After solved a series of key technologies and difficulties, saving chromate about 40%, and dyestuff for 15~50% ,the amount of Cr2O3 in wastewater is reduced from 3~8g/l to 0.5g/l, the colority of waste dyeing water is dropped for 94%, and the rate of production rises for 3%. Furthermore by compared with the pure Chrome tanning, it gets smoother grain face, softer and fuller hand feeling, uniformer and brighter color, and finer and evener nap of suede.
