摘要
以14个烤烟品种及按NCⅡ设计配制的48个杂交组合为材料,利用加性-显性发育遗传模型及其统计分析方法研究了烤烟株高的发育遗传规律。非条件遗传方差分析表明,株高在不同发育时期的表现均受加性效应和显性效应基因共同控制,且以加性效应基因为主,宜通过选育纯系品种进行遗传改良。在条件方差分析中,条件加性方差和条件显性方差均表现出一定的波动性,表明控制株高性状的基因在整个发育时期并非持续、稳定表达。不同发育时期株高对最终株高的遗传贡献分析表明,早期株高对最终株高的加性效应和显性效应影响最大,意味着对株高的早期选择有效。
With 14 flue-cured tobacco varieties and derived 48 crosses based on NC Ⅱ mating design as materials, the developmental genetic behavior of the plant height of flue-cured tobacco was analysed by additive-dominance developmental genetic models and the corresponding statistical methods. Unconditional variance analysis indicated that plant heights were commonly governed by additive and dominance effects at different developmental periods. The fact that additive effect genes played the major roles suggested that the development of the pure line varieties was suitable for the improvement of plant height the fluecured tobacco. Conditional analysis showed that conditional additive and dominance variance performed fluctuation at different developmental periods. The results indicated that the genes controlling plant height expressed discontinuously and unstably. The genetic contribution analysis of plant height at different developmental periods to the final plant height indicated that the plant height at the early periods had the bast influences on the additive and dominance of the final plant height, which implied that the early selection on plant height was feasible.
