摘要
应力腐蚀开裂(SCC)是压力容器及管道腐蚀失效的主要形式。文章提出了预防设备SCC发生的新思路——预防分析法。最后,文章列举一实例说明如何运用预防分析法准则,从设备成形前(即设计阶段)、成形中(即制造阶段)、成形后(即设备使用阶段)防止SCC的产生。该法为工程应用提供了参考。
Stress corrosion crack (SCO is main cause of corrosion failure of pressure vessel and pipe. . A new idea --- prevention analysis method is put forward for protecting equipment stress corrosion crack in this article. Finally an example is taken for explaining employment of prevention analysis method basis in this article. To protect stress corrosion crack must be in the whole process from the beginning- stage of equipment design,to the mid-stage of equipment manufacture and to finally stage of equipment service. This method gives reference to engineering application.
