摘要
基于线性矩阵不等式(LMI)技巧对中立型细胞神经网络的稳定性问题进行了研究,给出了神经网络稳定的一个充分性条件和系统稳定中立项所必须满足的一个必要条件。仿真结果证明了所给算法的有效性,同时表明所得结论优于Y.M.ZHANG等的结果。
The stability of neutral cellular neural networks was studied based on linear matrix inequality technique. A sufficient condition and a necessary condition were derived to assure that the zero-solution of the system is stable. The simulation result shows the validity of the presented algorithm, which is less conservative than that of Y, M. ZHANG et al.
