体外血糖降低速率与糖耐量异常关系探讨 被引量:1

A Study of Relationship between the Blood Sugar Decreased Rates and Impaired Sugar Tolerance in Vitro

摘要 目的探讨体外血糖降低速率与糖耐量异常的相关性。方法将正常人、糖耐量异常者和糖尿病患者的空腹血置37℃水浴,分别在1、2、3 h测定血糖水平,比较3组空腹血糖在体外的降低速率与糖耐量异常的关系。结果在体外37℃水浴中,正常人、糖耐量异常者和糖尿病患者血糖的下降速率平均每小时0.080、0.051和0.038,随着糖耐量受损加重血糖下降减慢。结论体外血糖降低速度与糖耐量受损程度呈负相关。 Objective To research the relationship between impaired glucose tolerance(IGT) and blood Sugar decreased velocities in vitro. Methods Blood sugar levels of the empty stomach blood .samples, which taken from health adults, persons with IGT and diabetics respectively, had been bathed in 37 ℃ water for 1,2 and 3 hours, were determined and compared with the degree of IGT, Results The blood sugar decreased velocities in blood .samples from health adults, persons with IGT and patients with diabetes mellitus were 0. 080,0. 051,0. 038 every hour in 37 ℃ water bathing, respectively. The heavier IGT, the lower blood sugar decreased velocity. Conclusions The decreased velocities of blood sugar is negative correlation to degree of IGT.
