摘要
本文从法官独立的内涵出发,探讨现代社会中制约法官独立的种种因素,提出应建立保障法官独立的各项制度。
This text proceeds from the meaning and necessity of judge＇s independent, probing into all sorts of restraining judge independent today to explain the system＇s measures of judge＇s independent, so as to ensure judge＇s independent to realize really.
