摘要
利用“中国科技期刊数据库”从发表年代、来源期刊及主题内容三个方面对我国有关图书馆个性化信息服务的研究论文进行计量分析,就会发现:我国图书馆个性化信息服务的研究情况存在着一定的问题。因此,图书馆要针对存在的问题,加强对馆员个性化信息服务的教育和培训工作,以提高馆员的整体素质,壮大图书馆的个性化服务队伍。
Some problems existing in the study of personalized information service by library can be found through the quantitative analysis on thesis concerned. The analysis grounds on three respects： the publishing time, periodical resources and contents of the thesis by utilizing ＂China Scientific Periodicals Data Base＂. The education and training for librarians in personalized service should be strengthened so as to improve their overall qualities and expand the service teams.
