摘要
目的观察注吸分离式小切口非超声乳化白内障摘出术的临床效果。方法对30例(35眼)老年性白内障行5.5mm巩膜袋状小切口人工碎核注吸分离式非超声乳化白内障摘出及人工晶状体植入术,并与行超声乳化术的对照组25例(30眼)进行术后视力及角膜散光情况对比。结果小切口组术后3d、7d、1个月视力≥0.5者分别为26眼(74·28%)、27眼(77.14%)、32眼(91.42%)。超声乳化组同期视力≥0·5者分别为23眼(76.66%)、24眼(80.00%)、27眼(90.00%)。小切口术后7d、1个月平均散光度为(1.78±1·06)D、(0.89±0.68)D,超声乳化组平均散光度为(1.76±0·98)D、(0.85±0.66)D,二者对比,差异均无显著性(P>0·05)。结论本术式适应证广,手术操作简便,易掌握,不需昂贵设备,对组织损伤少,视力恢复快,具有广泛的实用性。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of treating cataract with irrigating-aspirating separating and small incision extracapsular cataract extraction by non-phacoemulsification. Methods Thirty cases （35 eyes） received irrigating-aspirating separating and small scleral pocket incision extracapsular cataract extraction by non-phacoemulsification. Their vision and states of corneal astigmatism were compared with those of patients who received phacoemulsification（30 eyes of 25 cases）. Results On the 3rd day, 7th day and in the 1st month, the rates of the vision≥0. 5 were 74. 28% （26 eyes）, 77.14% （27 eyes）and 91.42% （32 eyes） respectively in the small incision group, compared with 76.66% （23 eyes）, 80.00% （24 eyes） and 90.00% （27 eyes） respectively in the phaco group. There was no significant difference between them. After seven days＇ and one month＇ observation, the corneal astigmatism were （ 1.78 ± 1.06） D and （0.89 ± 0.68） D in the small incision group, while （ 1.76 ± 0.98） D and （0.85 ± 0.66 ） D in the phaco group. There was also no significant difference （P 〉 0.05） between them. Conclusion The method has the advantages of wide indications, easiness to learn, low costs, little injury and quick recovery of vision,so it is very practicable.
