摘要
农村富余劳动力的转移是历史的必然趋势。我国农村富余劳动力的转移具有规模大、行业集中和地区分布不平衡等特点。促进农村富余劳动力转移的出路在于积极发展小城镇、加强乡镇企业的发展、实现农业产业化和开放服务业市场等方面。
The countryside extra labor force transfer is the historical inevitable trend. In China the countryside extra labor force transfer has some characteristics, such as the big scale, the profession centralism and the imbalanced distribution and so on. The outlet of promoting the countryside extra labor force transfer lies in positively developing small cities, strengthening the markets of service industry and so on.
