摘要
目的探讨动脉灌注化疗联合栓塞治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法38例晚期胃癌按Seldinger法进行血管造影了解肿瘤血供后,超选至肿瘤供血动脉进行灌注化疗联合栓塞治疗。结果38例患者中,有效率为92.11%(35/38);6个月、1、2年生存率分别为86.84%(33/38)、52.63%(20/38)、21.05%(8/38)。结论采用动脉灌注化疗联合栓塞是治疗晚期胃癌的一种有效方法。
Objective To evaluate the transarterial chemiembotherapy in the treatment of late staged gastric carcimona. Methods One hundred patients with late staged gastric carcinoma underwent super selective transarterial chemoembotherapy. Results Interventions were successful. Symptoms wete apparently improved in all cases. Decreased diameter of tumor was seen in all cases. Half-year survival rate was 86.84% （33/38）, one year survival was 52. 63% （20/38）, two year survival rate was 21.05%（8/38）. Conclusion The transarterial chemoembktherapy is an effective treatment of late staged gastric carcinoma.
