大型压力容器法兰密封面现场修复加工装置的设计 被引量:14

摘要 针对一些压力容器法兰密封面的最终成形工艺,介绍了一种装卡在被加工法兰孔中加工法兰端面密封槽的机械加工装置.装置的切削主运动由液压马达直接驱动,进给运动由步进电机驱动.进给运动的电机线路由炭刷滑环引出,用有线手提远程操作显示盒实现人机界面操作.该装置实现了压力容器法兰接口在现场进行简单、方便的机械加工及维修. Aimed at the final shaping process of flange sealing-face of several pressure vessel, a mechanically processing device fixed onto the flange hole of processed flange end surface for sealing groove processing was introduced. The principal motion of this of the tool is droved by device was driven by a hydraulic motor, its feed movement was driven by stepping motors. The circuit armature of the stepping motor was led out by using the module of carbon brush and collector ring. The device was controlled with a manually operated remote display box to realize man-machine interface for controlling. Using this device, the mechanical processing and fixing of flange sealing surface on the pressure vessels were simply and conveniently implemented on the spot.
