摘要 脂氧素是花生四烯酸的一类脂氧化酶产物。近年来,对于脂氧素的合成途径、生物学作用及其机制;以及脂氧素在哮喘这一以气道高反应性和炎症反应为特征的慢性呼吸道疾病中的重要作用、临床应用前景等方面的研究均有许多进展。
