含2,4-二羟基苯甲酸铋催化剂的双基推进剂燃烧规律 被引量:15

摘要 为了探索2,4-二羟基苯甲酸铋对双基推进剂燃烧的催化作用,采用单幅放大彩色摄影法、П型微热电偶技术、扫描电镜和电子能谱研究了含2,4-二羟基苯甲酸铋双基推进剂的燃烧规律。结果表明,2,4-二羟基苯甲酸铋是双基系推进剂良好燃烧催化剂,它能显著提高了双基推进剂的燃速,并降低压强指数。它与铜盐和少量炭黑(CB)复合后,催化效果更优;2,4-二羟基苯甲酸铋加入后,推进剂的火焰结构保持了典型平台双基推进剂的结构特征,但改变了双基推进剂燃烧波温度分布,炭黑和铜盐的加入对2,4-二羟基苯甲酸铋的催化作用有很大影响;催化剂分解的活性组分富集在燃烧表面,不同催化剂使推进剂熄火表面形成不同的结构。 In order to investigate the effect of 2,4-Dihydroxylbenzoate(/3-Bi)on the combustion of double-base propellant, the combustion law of the propellants containing/3-Bi was studied by means of the single frame amplification photography , П miniature thermocouple, the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and the LINK ISIS energy spectrum. The results show that: β-Bi is a good burning catalyst of double-base propellant and possesses an excellent ability to reduce pressure exponent. Especially, when β-Bi together with a little carbon black (CB) or copper salt is used, the catalytic effect is better; the flame structures of the double-base propellants containingβ-Bi are similar to the typical plateau double-base propellant, but the combustion temperature distribution has been changed because of adding theβ-Bi; and the active components of catalysts deposit on the burning surface of propellants and the quenched surfaces of propellants with various catalysts possess different structure.
