摘要
建立科学合理的资金管理模式,不仅是企业集团完善财务管理运行机制的客观要求,而且有助于企业集团进入良性循环,以实现集团整体价值最大化和可持续发展。针对我国企业集团资金管理存在的问题、产生的原因,提出解决办法。
Establishing the scientific and reasonable model of financing management, not only can meet the requirement of running systems of financing management of enterprise group, but also can make for enterprise into positive cycle. These can realize the maximization of value of enterprise group and sustainable development. The problems and causes of financing management of enterprise group are analyzed, and solutions are presented finally.
