摘要
辅酶Q10是细胞线粒体呼吸链重要成员之一,是细胞自身产生的天然抗氧化剂和细胞代谢的激活剂。文章综述了辅酶Q10的理化性质、制备技术、在心血管病临床和其他医学方面的应用研究。
Coenzyme Q10 is an important member of cell mitochondrial respiratory chain. It is a natural antioxidant and cell metabolism activator. The characteristics of physics and chemisitry and preparation technology of coenzyme Q10 were introduced and reviewed in this paper. Coenzyme Q10 application and progress were mainly summarized in cardiovascular disease and othe clinical area.
