摘要
以乌桕种子为材料,采用不同浓度GA3处理,结合低温层积,对乌桕种子发芽进行试验研究。结果表明:GA3处理可以提高乌桕种子发芽率、发芽势,经过30 d低温处理结合GA3600 mg/L对其发芽率、发芽势影响最大,效果最好,且活力指数最高。
The sprouting property of Sap/tan Seb/serum unden the different comcentrations of GA3 and experienced in low temperature layer accumulation was tested. The result showed： GA3 can improve the seed gemninating percentage and sprouting tendency of Sapium Sebiserum. The concentration of GA3 600 mg/L can have largest influence on its germination percentage and tendency of sprouting combined with the treatmenf of the low temperature for 30 days, which result was the best and vigor index was the highest.
