病害逆境下寄主植物生理生化指标的研究现状与展望 被引量:20

Research Status and Prospect of Physiological and Biochemical Indexes of Plant Host under Disease Stress

摘要 阐述病害逆境下,寄主植物的膜结构、光合作用、水分代谢、核酸与蛋白质代谢、内源激素及抗病因子(导管堵塞,病程相关蛋白,防御酶系统)的变化规律和相应机理,并指出今后可能的研究方向。 In the paper, the change rules and relevant mechanism which related to cell membrane structure, photosynthesis, metabolism of water, metabolism of nucleic acid and protein, endogenous hormone and factors about disease resistance(vessel jam, pathogensis-related protein and defense enzyme)of plant host were particularly expatiated. At the same time,the future research orientation was put forward.
