适配子技术在生物传感器中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 适配子具有靶分子广、特异性强、稳定等优点,应用于生物传感器能够解决传感器检测中的一些缺点,适配子作为识别分子已成功应用于多种生物传感器平台,显示出良好的应用前景。该文就适配子技术在生物传感器中的应用进展作一综述。
