摘要
目的探讨抗可提取性核抗原(ENA)多肽抗体不同项目阳性时与抗核抗体(ANA)之间的相关性。方法对比分析323例抗ENA抗体(抗U1-nRNP、Sm、SS-A、SS-B、Scl-70和Jo-1抗体)阳性病例的多肽谱类型与其304例ANA阳性核型。结果抗ENA抗体类型不同,ANA荧光核型有很大差别,没有绝对的规律可言。结论不能简单地依据荧光核型来推断抗ENA抗体的具体类型。
Objective To discuss the relationship between different positive types of anti-ENA antibodies and their antinuelear antibodies （ANA） in human serum. Methods Using HEP-2 cells and primate liver （FA 1510-1010-1, from Euroimmun） as antigen substrates,to analyze 323 patterns of the anti-ENA antibodies and their positive antinuelear antibodies of 304 patients＇ serum. Results There was no relationship between positive types of anti-ENA antibodies and their antinuelear antibodies （ANA） in human serum. Conclusion The immunofluoreseent patterns of ANA can not be used to conelude the types of anti-ENA antibodies.
