摘要
本文通过实验阐述了切屑折断对ｘ、ｙ、ｚ三向切削力均有影响，可使三向切．削力产生明显波动。在三向力中，进给抗力（ｘ向力）对切屑折断反应最为敏感。本文并简要分析了导致这一结果的原因。
Through experiments,it is proved that chip breaking exerts remarkable influence on cutting forces in all three (that is,x,y,z) dimensions. It causes waviness in cutting forces. Of the cutting forces in three dimensions,the feeding force (x dimension force) is the most sensitive to chip breaking. The reason is briefly explained in the paper.
