摘要
目的 制备呋麻鼻用凝胶剂并建立其质量控制方法。方法 用卡波姆934作为凝胶基质制备呋麻鼻用凝胶剂,采用高效液相色谱法测定呋喃西林和盐酸麻黄碱的含量,对制剂的稳定性进行了考察。结果 呋喃西林在6.25~100μg·ml^-1。浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),盐酸麻黄碱在312.5-5000μg·ml^-1。浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率分别为99.80%和99.95%,制剂质量稳定。结论 该制剂工艺简单,质量可控,稳定性好,可满足临床用药需求。
Aim To develop a nasal gel containing furacilin and ephedrine hydrochloride and to control the quality of the gel. Methods The carbopol 934 was selected for the preparation of this nasal gel, and furacilin and ephedrine hydrochloride were assayed by HPLC and the stability of the gel was studied. Resdts The assay displayed good linearity;the linear range of furacilin was 6.25 - 100μg · ml^-1( r =0. 999 8) and that of Ephedrine hydroehloride was 312.5 -5 000μg · ml^ -1 ( r =0.999 8). The average recoveries for furacilin and ephedrine hydrochloride were 99.8% and 99.95% respectively. The quality of the gel was stable. Conclusion Such preparation of the nasal gel is easy. The gel is stable with good quality control. It is suitable for clinical use.
