新鲜Pilon骨折的手术治疗 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨Pilon骨折的手术治疗方法。方法对23例新鲜有移位的Pilon骨折采用切开复位内固定治疗，对开放骨折Ⅰ期闭合创面或Ⅰ期行带蒂皮瓣转移术。结果23例随访5～20个月，平均13个月。解剖复位20例，3例向内成角畸形5°～20°，4例出现骨不连，术后未发现骨折感染。按踝关节Mazur功能评定，优18例，良3例，可2例。结论切开复位内固定治疗新鲜有移位的Pilon骨折能获得较满意的骨折复位和临床疗效。
