摘要
性能曲线可直观地反映往复泵运行工况及其特性,传统的绘制方法工作量大,且效率低。现利用VB编程,对往复泵性能实验数据进行自动处理和计算,进而采用最小二乘法进行数据拟合,绘制出往复泵性能曲线,可快速进行往复泵的性能曲线绘制,大大提高了效率。
The performance curves directly reflect the nmning status of reciprocating pump and its features; the traditional drawing method has the characteristics, a great deal of work and low efficiency. This paper presents the automatic processing and computation for the performance of reciprocating pump using VB, fits the data by method of least square, and draws the performance curves of reciprocating pump. The drawing of the performance curves for the reciprocating pump has high speed, it improves the efficiency.
