摘要
针对新疆宝浪油田砂岩油藏高温(90~110℃)、低孔(1.37%~17.4%)、低渗(O.020-0.266μm^2)及裂缝发育的特点,研制了由0.6%~O.8%AM/AN共聚物PMN,0.3%~0.6%两种有机和一种无机物复合交联剂及0.1%~0.2%酸度调节/交联剂柠檬酸组成的水基凝胶调剖剂。该剂成胶时间4~60小时可调,储能模量≥10Pa,决定于各组分用量和成胶温度。0.5%PMN+0.54%交联剂+0.1%柠檬酸配方调剖剂在105℃放置12个月后,储能模量下降小于32%;在孔隙度31%-45%、渗透率2.6-5.5μm^2的岩心砂填充管中于90-95℃充分成胶后,封堵率〉90%。2003年宝浪油田两口注水井用该剂调剖后,注水压力上升2~3MPa,吸水剖面改善,有4口对应油井大幅度增油。图11表3参4。
An aqueous gelling fluid composed of 0.6-0.8% acrylamide/acrylnitrile copolymer PMN, 0.3-0.6% combinational crosslinker containing 2 organic and 1 inorganic chemicals, and 0.1-0.2% acidity regulator/crosslinker citric acid is prepared as profile modification agent (PMA) for use in naturally fractured sandstone oil reservoirs of high temperature, 90-110℃, low porosity, 1.37-17.4%, and low permeability, 0.020-0.266μm^2, in Baolang, Xinjiang. This PMA has gelation time controllable in range 4-60 hrs and storage modulus of ≥10 Pa, which are dependent upon the use levels of components and the gelation time. For an experimental gelling fluid, 0.5 % PMN + 0.54 % crosslinker + 0.1% citric acid, the storage modulus is decreased by no more than 32% after 12 month's ageing at 105℃ and the plugging rate is of 〉90% when completely gelated at 90-95℃ in milled reservoir rock sand packs of porosity 31-45 % and permeability 2.6-5.5μm^2. Treating 2 water injection wells in Baolang by using this PMA in 2003 resulted in an increase in water injection pressure by 2 and 3 MPa and in some improvements in watertake profile and in a notable raise of oil productivity as positive response of 4 connected poduction wells.
