摘要 研究了一种新型的再制造条件下带有废弃处理的(1,R)和(M,1)EOQ模型.在这对模型中,采用新产品的制造和回收产品的再制造2种方式来满足顾客需求,回收产品部分用于再制造,其余作废弃处理;总平均成本包括与回收产品、制造和再制造产品有关的库存持有成本,与制造和再制造有关的固定成本和可变成本以及废弃处理成本.该模型主要用来求解制造和再制造的最优经济订货批量的表达式.该模型适用于生产率有限和无限的情况,也适用于回收产品全部用于再制造和部分用于再制造的情形.给出的算例验证了所建模型的计算方法,并进一步分析了新引入的决策变量———再制造系数对总平均成本变化率的影响. A pair of ( 1, R) and ( M, 1 ) EOQ ( economic order quantity) models are proposed for a remanufacturing setting with waster disposal. In these models: customer' s demand can be fulfilled by manufacturing of new products and remanufacturing of used products returned by the customer; some of the returned products are remanufactured and others are discarded; the relevant average costs are the summation of different holding costs rates for recoverable and serviceable inventory, fixed and variable production costs for manufacturing and remanufacturing, and costs for discarding. The main purpose is to solve closed-form formulae that determine the optimal ordering quantity for manufacturing and remanufacturing. The models are valid for finite and infinite production rate of manufacturing and remanufacturing. They are also applicable to all or a proportion of returned products being remanufactured. The remanufacturing coefficient is introduced to express the ratio between the remanufactured products and discarded ones. A numerical example is given to illustrate theoretical solutions and the impact of the remanufacturing coefficient on the rate-of-change of average costs.
