摘要
本文简要概述了被子植物受精工程的意义和最新进展，包括试管受精、精子和卵细胞的分离和保存、体外受精等方面的研究成果，并指出了这一领域存在的问题和希望所在。
A brief review on the significance and the up-to-date advances of fertilization engineering in angiosperm, i. e. test-tube fertilization, the isolation and survival of sperms and egg cells, in vitro fertilization was presented and some questions existing in fertilization engineering researches in angiosperm prospect were suggested.
