摘要
本研究采用三种丙烯酸酯单体(M01、M02、M03)和一种紫外光引发剂(I01)配制了紫外光固化胶粘剂,探讨了不同原料配比对产品拉伸剪切强度的影响。实验结果表明:当原料配比为M01:2.07mmol、M02:7.02mmol、M03:13.7mmol、I01:0.585mmol时产品的拉伸剪切强度较好。
Three kinds of acrylate monomers (M01, M02, M03) and one photoinitiator (I01) were used to prepare a UV curable adhesive. The influence of the ratio of monomers and photoinitiator on tensile strength was discussed. The experiment showed that tensile strength was good when the monomers and photoinitiator were M01:2.07 mmol, M02:7.02 mmol, M03:13.7 mmol, 101:0.585 mmol.
