摘要
电子设计自动化(EDA)技术已渗透到电子系统和专用集成电路设计的各个环节,各种软件被应用到电子设计和仿真中,使电路的设计、调整和改进更加高效便捷。简单分析了超外差式调幅收音机电路的工作原理,并采用在业界广泛使用的PSpice仿真软件,以456 kHz调幅产生电路代替调谐输入电路,通过电路网单方式对该电路进行直流工作点分析、瞬态响应分析及交流分析,仿真其直流工作点、瞬态响应波形及幅频特性曲线,较真实地反映了电路的特征。
Electronic Design Automation (EDA) technology has infiltrated into the electronic system and ASIC design chain, the software has been applied to a variety of electronic design and simulation, the circuit design, adjustment and improvement are more efficient and convenient. The article analyzes the superheterodyne simple style am radio circuits operating principles, adopted in the industry and widely used PSpice simulation software to produce circuits with 456 kHz am tuner input circuits, circuit network through a single circuit for the way work is DC analysis, transient response analysis and exchange analysis, simulation of the DC work points, transient response to the waveform and frequency of identity curve, field performance reflects circuit characteristics.
