摘要
管理创新是图书馆精神的发扬光大。要弘扬图书馆精神,必须走自主创新之路,把管理创新作为图书馆发展的首要任务,全面提升图书馆的管理水平。
Library spirit carries forward with continuous renovation of mangement. In order to hold it aloft as a flag, we must bring forth new ideas on our own, meanwhile, management reform should always be put first in the library＇s development so as to promote the level of management in full scale.
