摘要 白细胞介素10（interleukin 10,IL-10）于1989年由Fiorentino等[1]发现,他们证明IL-10由Th2淋巴细胞和单核细胞合成分泌,具有抗炎和抑制多种细胞因子合成的作用,所以称之为细胞因子合成抑制因子（cytokine synthesisinhibitingfactor,CSIF）.人的IL-10（hIL-10）基因定位于第一号染色体上.在氨基酸水平,hIL-10与病毒IL-10（vIL-10）有84%的同源性,与鼠IL-10有73%的同源性.
