摘要
充血性心力衰竭患者利尿剂抵抗问题较为常见,其原因可能与患者依从性差、肾功能损害等因素有关。利尿剂抵抗的心力衰竭预后差,临床医师应识别利尿剂抵抗,并早期采取应对措施。
Diuretic resistance is a common problem in patients with chronic heart failure, which maybe related to poor compliance,impaired renal function. The prognosis is worse in patients with diuretic resistance. Clinician should identify diuretic resistance early, and take actions to deal with it.
