摘要
采用竹材制成竹片、竹板、竹方的加工工艺,再刨切制得刨切薄竹,与无纺布(纸)粘贴,制成大幅面刨切薄竹产品。实践表明:薄竹大幅面的工业化生产切实可行,克服了以往刨切薄竹脆性大、易破损、幅面小等缺陷,提高了竹材资源利用率和拓展了精、深加工的途径。
This paper presents a method for making a wide-width bamboo-veneer-based product. The process includes:sawing bamboo material into pieces,assembling and gluing the bamboo pieces into a bamboo square, slicing the bamboo square,and finally, bonding the bamboo sliced veneer with a nonwoven fabric by crosswise jointing the width. This product could overcome the shortcomings that bamboo veneers with a common size have had, such as severe brittleness, easily damaged, and narrow width. This practice provides a new way of making a fine and full utilization of our bamboo resource.
