摘要
精密成形技术在制造业领域的应用越来越广泛,其原材料毛坯的选择基本上遵循单一材料,即有色金属或黑色金属中的一种,很少有尝试采用不同材料进行挤压成型的研究。本文介绍了由45钢杆和HPb59-1铅黄铜基体组成的新型结构活塞的挤压工艺,提供了相关问题的解决思路。
Precise extrusion technology is being used more and more widely in the modem manufacturing industry. But the choice of materials is usually limited to a single one, either ferrous metal or non-ferrous metal.That is to say there is rarely anyone attempts to research on extrusion between different materials.This article introduces a new extrusion technique of structure piston composed of 45-steel and HPb59-1 brass, and offers solution on the relative problems.
