摘要
研究了TRIP钢经激光焊接后的微观组织变化和硬度变化。试验结果表明:焊接熔融区产生了大量的马氏体和贝氏体组织,热影响区主要为马氏体、贝氏体以及少量铁素体组织;焊缝区域的显微硬度较之原基体有了显著的提高。
The change of microstructure and hardness of TRIP steels (type K and B) aftcr laser welding was studied. Results exhibit that large quantity of martensite and bainite appear in the melted zone, martensite, bainite and a small amount of ferrite appear mainly in the heat affected zone, and the microhatdness is greatly improved in melted zones.
