基于分数间隔均衡器和ML算法的新型DWPM调制系统

摘要 在多径衰落信道下,提出了一种基于ML的新型离散小波包调制系统.利用基于LMS算法的分数间隔均衡抑制由多径衰落信道引起的码间干扰并且利用最大似然算法对解调后的码元进行检测.在多径衰落信道和白高斯噪声情况下,分析了基于小波包的新型多载波调制系统的传输性能.仿真结果表明,所提出的基于小波包的新型多载波调制系统的性能要优于传统的正交频分复用多载波调制系统. A novel Discrete Wavelet Packet Modulation(DWPM) system based on Fractionally Spaced Equalizers(FSE) and the Maximum Likelihood (ML) algorithm is studied for multipath fading channels. The proposed FSE based on the least mean square (LMS) algorithm can mitigate the detrimental effects of the inter-symbol interference (ISI) caused by the multipath fading channel. The demodulated symbols are detected by the maximum likelihood (ML) algorithm. The transmission performance is analyzed in the multipath fading channel and the Additive Gaussian White Noise (AWGN). Simulation results show that the proposed DWPM scheme can provide greater immunity to multipath fading channels and AWGN than the traditional orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) scheme.
