摘要
综述了近年来壳聚糖化学改性研究,从酯化反应、醚化反应、N-烷基化反应、Schiff碱反应、酰化反应、交联和接枝共聚反应等介绍壳聚糖化学改性研究发展现状;并着重阐述了壳聚糖及其衍生物在日用化学品、农业、食品加工业、医药、环保和纺织业等领域中的应用;展望了壳聚糖研究应用的发展方向,尤其是在日用化学品中的应用前景。
The status with respect to research work on chemical modifications of chitosan , such as esterification, etherification,N - alkylation, acylation, Schiff＇s base reaction, crosslinking and grafting were summarized. Applications of chitosan derivatives in cosmetics, agriculture, food industry, medicines, environment protection, texitiles were described. Their applications prospects were mentioned, especially in cosmetics.
