摘要
为了探讨运动对唾液成分含量变化的敏感效应,并与血清作比较。以江西医学院二年级男生10例、年龄18-21岁、均体检为身体健康者为研究对象,于早晨空腹运动(中速,800m)前、后分别采集唾液和血样,进行处理后,用全自动生化分析仪进行测定。结果发现:1)运动后,唾液尿素氮含量如同血清具有显著升高(P〈0.001)。2)运动后,唾液和血清的肌酐含量有下降倾向,原因尚待探讨。3)运动后,唾液与血清的尿酸含量均里极显著升高(分别为P〈0.001及P〈0.005)。表明:唾液中以上三种成分的含量变化与血清类同,而且尿酸或许可作为体育运动的一个检测指标,值得进一步探讨。
This paper aims to seek the effects exercise on content changes of three compositions in saliva and the changes had been compared with serum. The students (10 cases, male, 18 - 21yearn old) of the second year class at Jiangxi Medical College were chosen for this experiment, they were conducted health examination at hospital. The samples of saliva and blood had been collected on an empty stomach before and after exercise on the morning, the experiments were tested with the biochemical auto-analysis immanent. It was found that: 1) The content of the saliva urea nitrogen, such as serum, was increased obviously after exercises; 2) The creafinine content of saliva and serum, was tendency decreased after exercise(see Tab .2), The came will be further explored.3) The uric acid content of saliva.and serum was increased very remarkably after exercises than before exercises (P 〈 0.001and P 〈0.005). The results of this study indicated that the content of three compositions had been changed after exercises, and there were the same changes as serum, And the ufia acid may be as an useful remark for determination of the physical training, It is worthy of further study.
