摘要
全国名医、针灸专家田维柱教授技术精湛,理论深厚,诊治时知常达变,不拘常法,丰富的临证经验和精深的医学造诣形成了自身的学术特色。主要有以下几个方面:针刺前医者的基本功,尤其是手法的训练;强调治神理念,注重医患协调环节;操作时的无痛进针要领;针刺后有关得气、感传的诱导产生手段。
Professor TIAN Wei-zhu, a national famous expert of acupuncture and moxibustion, has consummate skill, profound theory, and does not stick to routine method in diagnosis and treatment, with rich clinical experiences and comprehensive and profound medical theories, forming own academic characteristics. In the present paper, the experiences were expounded, summarized and systematized in detail from the 4 aspects： basic training of physicians before acupuncture, especially, training of needling manipulation and emphasizing the concept of treating spirit, paying attention to coordination of the physician and patients ; main points of needle insertion of no-pain at manipulation） about arrival of qi, method of inducing propagation of needling sensation.
