摘要
为了解不同季节中岭头单丛茶微量元素和黄酮的含量,以调节岭头单丛茶栽培时施肥措施。分别在1,3,5,7,9,11月份采摘岭头单丛茶叶样品,用等离子体原子发射光谱法和分光光度法对这些不同季节岭头单丛茶的微量元素和黄酮的含量分别进行了测定。得到的结果表明:不同季节的岭头单丛茶微量元素和黄酮含量存在着一定的差别,这些差别除了岭头单丛茶的季节选择性吸收与富集元素外,还与所施加的含有微量元素的肥料有关。
The contents of trace elements and flavone of Lingtoudancong Oolong tea in the different seasons were respectively determined by inductively coupled plasma spectrometry and spectrophotometry.The results showed that the contents of trace elements and flavone of leaves in the different season have some difference.The Content of flavone of leaves in winter is lowest.It is worth to pay an attention to plant Lingtoudancong Oolong tea in the different fertilizer to adjust its contents of trace elements and flavone.
