海口市区部分中小学生面部蠕形螨感染调查 被引量:3

Survey of infectious status of facial vermiform mite in some primary school pupils and middle school students in Haikou City

摘要 目的初步了解海口市区中小学生蠕形螨感染情况,并通过科普宣传,提高自我保健意识。方法采用透明胶带法随机抽样调查部分中小学生面部蠕形螨感染情况。结果共调查425人,蠕形螨总感染率为28.2%,男、女生感染依次为27.5%、29.0%,差异无显著性(P>0.05);小学生、初中生和高中生感染率分别为16.1%、29.6%和39.7%,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。120名感染者中,毛囊蠕形螨感染者占70%,皮脂蠕形螨感染者占19.2%,两者混合感染占10.8%。面部有皮损感染率为38.5%,而面部正常者为20.3%。结论海口市中小学生面部蠕形螨感染并不少见,且似有随年龄增长感染率呈增高趋势,以毛囊蠕形螨感染多见,可能与面部皮损有关。 Abstract: Objective To understand the infection situations of Demodex in face of primary echool pupils and middle school stu- dents in Haikou City and provide scientific evidence for prevention and control of demodicidosis. Methods Primary echool pupils and middle school students in Haikou City were randomly selected and detected for Demedex by eellphane swab. Results A total of 425 students were involved in this study, and the total infection rate was 28.2%, which were 27.5% and 29.0% in male and fe- male, respectively. The infection rates were 16.1% , 29.6 % and 39.7 % among the pupils, junior and senior students ( P 〈 0.01 ). 70% of the positive ones were infected with Demodex follicalorum, 19.2% were infected with Demodex brevis, and the remained 10.8 % were infected with Demodex foUicalorum and Demodex brevis simultaneously. The detectable rate in students with damaged skin on face was 38.5 % 20.3 % of then without skin damage ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Demodex infection is common among the students in this city and show a tendency of increasing infecton rate along with the increase of age. Most of the students were infected with Demodexfollicalorum and the infection may be associated with skin damage on face.
