企业专用性人力资本深化研究 被引量:7

摘要 本文在探讨专用性人力资本对企业交易费用所构成的正、负两个方面重大影响的基础上,为企业加速专用性人力资本深化,提出了四条制度变迁路径:逐渐导入正确的意识形态;始终保持三维专用性资本匹配深化;妥善进行组织、规则与运行机制的柔性设计及适应性修正;适时、适度地实施收入、信誉(品牌)与情感等三项贴水政策。
