摘要
对软件项目进度和成本的主要跟踪方法进行了说明和比较,系统地描述了挣值法的基本原理,包括制定工作分解结构WBS,估计任务属性和执行项目跟踪,举例说明了挣值法的使用过程,证实了挣值法的有效性。
The main tracking methods of schedule and cost of software project are explained and compared. The basic principle of the earned value method is systematically described, which includes establishing work breakdown structure, estimating task property and executing project tracking. Finally, the application process of the earned value method is illustrated with an application case. This improves the method effective.
