小波变换-线性回归光度法同时测定苯酚和水杨酸 被引量:2

摘要 目的:小波变换具有将信号分频的特点,提出了将小波变换与线性回归相结合的一种多元校正算法。该法能更有效地去除噪声,提取有用信息,并将其用于分析苯酚和水杨酸二组分体系。方法:在六次甲基四胺缓冲溶液中,于268 nm处,水杨酸有吸收,影响苯酚的测定。经过试验确定以295.5、268.5 nm作为苯酚和水杨酸的测量波长,首先对吸光度矩阵小波变换,再用重建后的信号替代原吸光度矩阵,建立了双波长线性回归法测定二组分。按均匀设计法U5(53),配置5组标准混合溶液,测定后给出混合溶液的拟合曲线方程;同时测定了模拟混合样本中的苯酚和水杨酸含量。结果:测量结果表明,苯酚和水杨酸在浓度较低时误差较大,绝大部分分析结果误差均小于3%,均获得较好结果。结论:实验表明,测量体系稳定,结果可靠。 Objective: The main characteristic of the wavelet transform (WT) is the dual localization property in both time domain and frequency domain, that a new algorithm for multivariate calibration was constructed by combining the wavelet transform (WT) and multiple linear regression technique. The new algorithm can more effectively filter off noise and get useful information from the actual spectral data. The algorithm was applied to the spectrophotometric simultaneous determination of phenol and sali- cylic acid. Methods:In the butter solution of ( CH2 )6 N4, salicylic acid has absorption at 269. 5 nm that it interferes with phenol' s determination. Two wavelengths for 295.5 nm, 268. 5 nm were selected as determining wavelength after many tests. The original signal of absorbance matrix was first wavelet transformed, then reconstructing the signal of absorbance matrix replace for original signal of absorbance matrix. Dualwavelength linear regression method was set up to be used for determination of phenol and salicylic acid. Five -mixture standard solutions were prepared as uniform design, the fitting cure equation was given after determining those mixture standard solutions. At the same time, the content of phenol and salicylic acid in five simulation mixture samples were determined. Results: The relative error of two kinds of components were a bit larger in the low concentration, and most of the analytical result's relative error was less than 3%. Conclusion:The system is stable and the result is reliable.
