摘要
通过分析农业可持续发展能力的制约因素,构建了较全面的、层次清晰、数据较易获取的农业可持续发展能力指标体系,采用主观赋值法、客观赋值法确定指标权重,然后用综合集成赋值法确定各项指标的综合权重。在此基础上运用综合指数评价法进行了综合评价,并得出相应结论。
Based on the fact of Hebei province, by analyzing the restrict factors of agricultural sustainable development capability in Hebei province, this paper builds agricultural sustainable development capability indicator systems which are comprehensive, clear in arrangement and easy to obtaining data. It adopts objective method and subjective method to confirm indicators weight, and then adopts synthetic method to confirm indicators synthetic weight. Then it adopts synthetic index evaluation method to evaluate agricultural sustainable development level and capability in Hebei province. At last, this paper puts forward several conclusions.
