摘要
运用DEA的理论与方法对区域农业产业结构调整方案进行综合评价与优选。根据DEA评价结果对各方案进行规模效益分析,计算并比较各项投入冗余率和产出不足率,分析非DEA有效方案相对效率较低的原因,对方案做出合理的改进。在此基础上,采用一种新的DEA决策单元排序方法,最终优选出综合效益最佳的方案。其研究方法和研究成果,对于当前区域农业产业结构调整具有一定的现实意义和参考价值。表4,参10。
The optimal scheme of agricultural industrial structure adjustment was selected with the advanced assessment method of DEA （Date Envelopment Analysis） . Based on the DEA models, the ultimate reason for not DEA efficient was analyzed, the approach to improve theses optional schemes was clarified. Finally, a new method was proposed to select the optimal scheme. The research is significant to the practice of agricultural industrial structure adjustment.
