摘要
对测量无功电能的跨相法作了简介,重点阐述了用移相法标准电能表的全电子校验台对3相3线跨相法无功电能表进行分元校验时出现的问题,并对此作了定量分析熏给出结论和建议。
Introduce the cross connection for var-hour-meters, expatiate on the trouble in the test of the reactive energy meter with V-V connection （3 phase 3 wire） carrying single phase load, use the complete electronic calibration system. And make the quantitative analysis and some suggestions.
