摘要
近来来,基建投入已成为推动高校办学规模的重要支撑。本文提出了高校建立基本建设“全过程跟踪审计”制度的新思路,阐述了“全过程跟踪审计”的方法、内容、重点和技术。
This paper first puts forward some new thinking on “whole process tracking audit” in the infrastructure construction of institutions of higher learning, and then illustrates the methods, contents and priorities and technologies of such tracking audit.
