摘要
使用几种常见的反相液相色谱介质和4种多环化合物对液相色谱交流电致化学发光检测系统的性能进行了测试,结果表明:检测器对4种化合物的检测限均可达到2.0ng,线性范围达3个数量级。
We have recently set up a novel computer-controlled electrochemiluminescence (ECL) detection system for liquid chromatography-The performance of our detection system has been studied with four polycyclic aromatic compounds (PACs) in several electrolyte (tetrabutyl ammorium perchlorate) containing reversed-phase LC solvents commonly used.The solvents used include acetonitrile.methanol and several mixtures with different percentages of acetonitrile-water and acetonitrile-methanol. The electrochemical conditions were studied to optimize the ECL signal- For higher sensitivity in detection, individual chromatographic peaks were recorded at frequencies and potentials which were optimized for the specific compounds being detected. The limit of detection of our detection system is about 2. 0ng for all the aromatic compounds studied. with a precision about 1. 5% RSD.The linear dynamic range is at least three orders of magnitude,with a correlation coefficient of at least 0.999. We can now use this ECL detection system in routine work for the determination of samples over the mass range of 1 to 1000 ng.
