摘要
目的:观察杞棋饮乙醇提取物(EEQY)对小鼠酒精性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:昆明种小鼠随机分为EEZY75、150、300mg/kg组,益肝灵70mg/ks组和模型组。给药的同时。灌胃56度白酒12mL/ks,连续30天。以血清中谷氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)和丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的水平作为指标。观察EEZY物对酒精性肝损伤的保护作用。结果:EEZY150、300mg/ks组小鼠血清ALT、AST和MDA水平明显低于模型组(P〈0.05~0.01);GSH和SOD的水平明显高于模型组(P〈0.05~0.01)。结论:EEZY对酒精性肝功能损伤有显著的保护作用。
Objective:To study the protective effects of ethanol extract of Qiju Yin (EEQY) on liver damage induced by alcohol in mice. Method: The mice were randomly divided into 5 groups, which were model control group, EEQY ( 75, 150,300mg/kg) group and Yiganling (70mg/kg)group. 12ml/kg of 56% (v/v) ethanol was ig given to all mice for 30 days together with drugs. The content of ALT, AST, MDA and the activity of glutathione peroxidase ( GSH - Px) and SOD in the serum were measured to evaluate the protective effects of EEQY. Results : EEQY significantly decreased the content of ALT, AST,MDA and elevated the activity of GSH- Px and SOD in serum. Concision: EEQY shows protective effects on liver damage induced by alcohol in mice.
