摘要
维生素Ｂ１２膏剂治疗皮肤损伤和口腔溃疡有效，且临床应用有明显的镇痛作用。本实验拟探讨它对痛觉过敏区，尤其是对炎症引起的疼痛反应是否有镇痛效应。应用机械刺激装置测定大鼠创伤周围痛觉过敏区在应用维生素Ｂ１２膏剂前后的痛阈改变并作空白对照。结果发现维生素Ｂ１２膏剂明显地恢复了痛觉过敏区的痛阈，从而表明维生素Ｂ１２膏剂对痛觉过敏区有明显镇痛作用。
Vitamin B 12 paste is effective in treatment of skin injury and oral ulceration and it possesses significant analgesic action in clinical usage.In our experiment,we wanted to find out if it had analgesic action on the nociceptive response in the hyperalgesic region of the rats,especially inflammation-induced pain response.We used an apparatus of mechanical stimulus to examine the changes of pain threshold of the hyperalgesic region surrounding the injury before and after the usage of Vit B 12 .With negative control,we found that Vit B 12 paste recovered the pain threshold of the hyperalgesic region obviously.This suggests that Vit B 12 has significant analgesic action on the hyperalgesic region.
